In the seventh chapter, an attempt has been made to prove that senior citizens are our valuable assets rather than liability. The last chapter sums up the discussion and gives conclusive remarks with some suggestions.

The Author is an Assistant Professor in Law at Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow. He also worked in H.N.B. Garhwal University (A Central University) as an Assistant Professor. He has vast experience of teaching I.A.S./P.C.S. batches in several Government and Private Institutions. He has more than 20 publications to his credit.
