Craig Smedley lives in Lehi, Utah with his wife Karol. They are parents of four wonderful children who are married and live in different parts of the United States. Missionary work has been a part of Craig's life. After serving a mission in the East Central States Mission he returned and worked at the Mission Home located in Salt Lake City training new missionaries including Senior Couples. He has served as a Ward Mission Leader three times. Craig with his wife, Karol, recently returned from a Member and Leader Support Mission in the Nevada Reno Mission. They served in a community of about 55,000 people which included a Stake of Zion and four wards. After returning home, Craig sensed that there was a need to assist other senior missionaries who desired to serve. It took Craig and Karol approximately six months to get up to speed in doing the work. Craig wanted to help seniors reduce the learning curve so they can be more effect from day one. The information and tools that are provided in the book can be used to make the missionary experience more meaningful. Craig retired from his profession of Health Care Administration
