This research was born from the personal concern to know what is the reality of primary caregivers of pediatric oncology patients in particular. In such a way that the analysis of the data, I found that there is a relevant tendency that the higher the level of sense of suffering, the higher the level of sense of life of pediatric oncology caregivers. While it is true that not all caregivers tend to have a medium or low sense of life, there is a high incidence of existential emptiness.
