Centuries have passed, but human suffering from illness has remained constant. Among all suffering, depression or stress is a very common illness associated with poor performance that has reduced social functionality, the quality of life, and increased suicidal thoughts/suicides. Pharmacotherapy is the prime choice for treating depression, but it leads to severe side-effects and addiction.
