Concussion disturbances following trauma is one of the major health problems across the world. Efforts to increase the LOC among traumatic comatous patients should be started as soon as possible. Early interventions to stimulate traumatic comatous patients reduce coma complications, because the maximum resettlement of the brain occurs during the first weeks of brain injury. Therefore, the sensory stimulation program can facilitate the recovery process and prevent post-traumatic sensory deprivation. Sensory stimulation is a therapeutic approach for the reduction of the risk of sensory deprivation and the improvement of various coma responses. A normal hemodynamic condition demonstrates the healthy status of cardiovascular, pulmonary, endocrine and nervous systems. The hemodynamic stability of traumatic comatose patients is of most importance and timely and optimal management can improve the outcome and decrease mortality. The use of non-medical methods can lead to maintaining normal physiologic measures and preventing their deterioration.
