A Research on the Sentiment Analysis on E-commerce Fraud and Its Impact on E-Commerce Users in Kenya. Due to the Exponential Growth of E-commerce in Kenya as a result of Faster internet and cheaper Computing devices; There is concern about the growth of E-commerce Fraud. The research carried out an analysis of E-commerce Fraud and how consumers feel about E-commerce space in the Country. The research was able to gain an insight in the techniques employed by e-commerce fraudsters after carrying out a survey on users' experiences. A tool was implemented to gauge the feeling of users towards e-commerce so as to guide decision making by relevant authorities.
