Sabrina P. Ramet is a Professor of Political Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, and a Senior Research Associate of the Centre for the Study of Civil War, International Peace Research Institute, Oslo. She is the author of 11 previous scholarly book - among them, The Three Yugoslavias: State-Building and Legitimation, 1918 - 2005 (Washington D.C. & Bloomington: The Wilson Center Press & Indiana University Press, 2006).
