Obtuvo su MA (Biblioteca y Ciencias de la Información) en la Universidad del Sur de Florida y MEd (Currículo e Instrucción) en la Universidad Nacional de Louis. La Dra. Lambert trabaja como profesora asistente/adjunta y diseñadora de currículo en los programas de postgrado de Liderazgo Organizacional y Educación.
