This book consists of two research papers that are about servant-leadership and grace. The former is a study at the YMCA in Wichita, Kansas at the East and North locations with those who are in management and regular employees. By using a mixed methods approach, I learned that servant-leadership is used at this particular organization, and I also made the necessary improvements. In regards to the latter, I did an extensive investigation on the life of Dietrich Bonheoffer with what he had to say about grace before, during and after his martyrdom.
