This study sought to apply the concepts of servant leadership in a religious organisation, framed by the Catholic Church as a New Community, known by the name of Manain. The study manages to provide evidence that servant leadership is present in this organisational reality, signalling possible behaviours that can be assumed by leaders in different organisational contexts.
