Steven is Chief Service Designer and co-founder of the International Service Design Institute, a professional development organization for service designers. He has decades experience buillding and improving services, Lines of Service (LOS), across nearly every economic sector, earning clients and employers more than $2B in traceable revenue. Steven earned a master's business degree from Johns Hopkins University; a public affairs/journalism master's degree from American University; and an international relations bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. He grew up in Geneva, Switzerland.
