The objective of this research was to explore the service quality attributes that influence people to choose which ski resort in Greece they will visit for their entertainment. The service quality evaluation model of Brady and Cronnin (2001) was used and participants (N = 191) responded to a questionnaire. Results indicated that the most important criteria for participants in choosing a ski resort were: a) personal entertainment, b) treatment from the resort's employees and c) proximity from their place of residence. The results of the study could prompt ski resort managers to concentrate in ensuring positive personal outcomes for visitors, energetic involvement of the employees in servicing them and improvement of the accessibility to the resort.
