Amy Jones heads a leading English department in a Somerset college, where she lectures in linguistics, literature, and creative writing as well as podcast writing, poetry, and narrative theory. She is also the author of Literary Devices, Plot, Narrative, and Character in this series and holds a master of studies degree from the University of Oxford.
