Fitting out and adjusting a computerized workstation allows for the adoption of comfortable postures and prevents fatigue, discomfort, tension and the risk of injury. Ergonomic adaptation of the workstation does not always require the acquisition of new furniture, but if furniture must be acquired, it is recommended that it be adjustable.With this in mind, we carried out a study of the workstation of an operator working on a screen, with the aim of adapting her workstation ergonomically.
