Our dissertation addresses the challenges of the hospital management system in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including the disintegration of health information, weak data collection, and insufficient quality of information. Medical data, as well as inventories of medical equipment and human resources, are currently fragmented, complicating decision-making. We propose a central platform to unify this information, providing a global view and facilitating informed decisions. The system improves data collection, equipment inventory and human resources management by enabling efficient and secure management of information. Inspired by international success stories, we are aiming for a major transformation of the healthcare system in the DRC, requiring close collaboration between stakeholders for successful implementation.
