Autorenporträt
L. Roo McKenzie is a teacher, counselor, and pastor with more than thirty-five years of service to children, in particular. He holds a B.A. degree in theology, M.A. in counseling and a doctorate in Education Leadership and Administration. More than his academic training, McKenzie developed his exceptional human qualities and insights through his life experiences, beginning at home where he was raised by two loving parents, as one of eleven children. That, he said, was where he developed his ability to help others succeed and to resolve conflict peacefully and lovingly. He also learned from his parents the value of the virtues extolled in this book. After more than three decades of working with children, he shares the wisdom gained from his experiences. Although this book is written to parents, it is for the benefit of children born from the realization that the choices made in childhood will follow them into adulthood.
