Rex Tonkins (BA, Lenoir Rhyne University; MA, University of Pheonix) grew up in North Carolina and married Vickie Tonkins. Together they spent three decades leading youth ministry and evangelism across the United States. As a practical leader, Rex brings wise experience and transparency that helps enhance his effectiveness as a leader.
