The project, entitled "SEVOTA's contribution to women during and after the genocide", is based on socio-economic data, analyzing the consequences of the 1994 genocide for women survivors. The project consists in providing socio-psychological and economic assistance to women victims of sexual violence and to children and young people born of such violence, as well as assistance to people living with HIV/AIDS through the Hope and Peace houses, located in the districts of the action zone. Activities will be carried out at both center and community level.

Herr Sylvestre Havugimana hat einen Bachelorabschluss in Angewandter Biologie und arbeitet im Bereich der Biotechnologie. Frau Godelive Mukasarasi hat einen Masterabschluss in Projektmanagement und einen weiteren in Wirtschaftsentwicklungspolitik. Sie ist die Gründerin von SEVOTA.
