Wastewater treatment can be considered as a significant human invention that facilitates the maintenance and development of the civilization. Wastewater treatment itself brings on the one hand purified water but also the unwanted product - sewage sludge. Managing sewage sludge is as topical as wastewater treatment while disposal of sewage sludge copies the state of scientific knowledge, technological and economic advanced level of society and environmental awareness in the society. In recent years, special attention is paid to the contamination of the environment by heavy metals while the main problem of heavy metals lies in their mobilization. Increased acidity of the environment, water, soil and air raises the mobility of heavy metals in all cycles resulting in a dangerous increase of heavy metals in waters and easier absorption of toxic metals through the root system of plants. The results show to the distribution of metals in sludge from the WWTP their leachability and prediction of the amount of metals in the sludge due to their concentration in the waste water.
