The fight against the sanitation shortage in Brazilian territory remains a fundamental principle and guarantee of quality of life for residents adjacent to large points targeted with contaminated waters, and how this problematic interferes in chain in the scenario of a city. In this study, carried out in the city of Conceição do Coité, in Bahia, the impacts of the lack of proper disposal to waters after use are related, considering the important relationship of waters with the community and the entire region, since the object of study is located in a region where the lack of water is still a routine problem. From this perspective, this work analysed the water problematic in accordance with the four pillars of sanitation in the search for an effective, sustainable and viable solution to the conditions of the object of study.

Lucas Lima Costa - Bauingenieur - ist Absolvent der Ingenieurschule der Katholischen Universität von Salvador. Er verfügt über Erfahrung im Bereich des Bauwesens mit Schwerpunkt auf Baustellenmanagement. Er war Beauftragter für den Fachbereich Stahlbeton II und hat sich mit der Vermittlung von Inhalten für die Berechnung und den Entwurf von Bauwerken befasst. Er hat besonderes Interesse an .
