Learn how to repurpose old and leftover fabrics and make a Scandinavian-inspired minimalist wardrobe with Sewing with Scraps.   Home sewing creates a lot of natural wastage, and it can be tricky to find a way to use bits and pieces of material you have saved over a period of time. Sewing with Scraps will show you how to think sustainably and repurpose with a purpose to make fashion-forward clothing and accessories for every modern wardrobe.   Featuring a stunning collection of 15 scandi-style garments and accessories, this book will show you how to use fabric offcuts and remnants to transform your style. Divided up into two chapters covering the core techniques to make the most of your scraps and moving on to show you how best to put them to use though the 15 project designs including pleated trousers, bucket hat, quilted jacket, patchwork dress, scrap tote and more.   Packed with stunning fashion photography to showcase the designs, Swedish designer Birgitta Helmersson is set to inspire the new generation of modern makers to sew sustainably and make garments to cherish.
