Christine Forster PhD is an Associate Professor in law at the University of NSW Australia. She has published in the areas of women's human rights, gender equality, tort law, sex discrimination and the interaction between federalism and gender. Vedna Jivan is an Associate Professor in law at the University of NSW Australia. She has practised as a solicitor in the community sector and published in the areas of women's human rights, tort law and the scope and limitations of the legal system to achieve social change.
