Tonya Pomerantz is a middle-aged, menopausal woman who survived her 20s and, in her 40s, became invisible. Now she is speaking out. Along with a B.A. in Sociology-Anthropology and a diploma in Public Relations (with Honours), Tonya has certificates in career development, coaching (International Coach Academy), and, recently, Teaching and Training Adult Learners. After eight years of post-secondary education, Tonya jokes that she is not a doctor; however, as the founder of Puddle Jump Coaching, Tonya helped many young people figure out what (and who) they wanted to be when they grew up. Now, she focuses on being heard and supporting all women to find their voices. People describe Tonya as warm, caring, and inspiring. During her coaching training, Tonya collaborated with a fellow student, Divya Parekh, to self-publish Unlock Your Future: The 7 Keys to Success. Tonya feels incredibly grateful for living in many locations worldwide, thanks to her dad working for the Canadian foreign service. She is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, loves animals (especially dogs), and lives in a state of perpetual gratitude. Operating from emotion, she strives to make the world a better place. Tonya lives with her husband, dog, and the music of Bruce Springsteen in Ottawa, Canada.
