Charles E. Bouchard, OP, is Senior Director, Theology and Ethics, at the Catholic Health Association. He previously served as provincial of the Central Dominican Province and professor and president of Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis. Fr. Bouchard writes and lectures on health care ethics, spirituality, and morality. El P. Charles E.
