Autorenporträt
Brea L. Perry is a Professor in the Department of Sociology and the Network Science Institute at Indiana University. Her research investigates the interrelated roles of social networks, biomarkers, social psychology, and social inequality as cause and consequence of health and illness. She is a current National Academy of Medicine Emerging Leaders in Health and Medicine Scholar. Allen J. LeBlanc is Health Equity Institute Professor of Sociology at San Francisco State University. His research has addressed social responses to chronic illness and disability; government programs promoting health among low-income Americans; and the etiology of stress and health among individuals, and in relational contexts.
