Identificou-se que a sexualidade na gravidez sofre diversas implicações a partir das transformações orgânicas inerentes à fase gestacional. The present study reinforces the importance of improvements and changes in all social sectors, in order to stimulate discussions about this theme, since both pregnancy and sexuality have been considered controversial issues often neglected in the family and in the approach of health professionals.

I was driven by passion during the course by the Obstetric area, especially the pregnancy period of women and their atmosphere of interpretations and meanings, originating then the Course Completion Work (TCC), being extracted from it this my first work.
