The Sefer Vayikra, also known as the Book of Leviticus, is a book that has an intrinsic characteristic, its difficulty. This is the book that many who study the scriptures tend to reject due to its technical character, its difficult and confusing language, its dealing with "outdated" themes and its cruel appearance, given that expressions like "blood" and "animal slaughter" are commons in its writings. However, what few understand is that the Sefer Vayikra is the soul of the Torah. Everything that the Torah aims to teach human beings about what divine service really is about, about what a person should do to change his existential conception and what a man should do to please the Master through his behavior, are only found in the Book of Leviticus. Nowadays, it is very common to see religious leaders, who somehow base their faith on the writings of the Torah, developing philosophies and theologies in order to explain how the divine service should be observed at the same time that they have little, or even zero, knowledge about the what this book really aims to teach. The Book of Leviticus is more current than ever. All the commandments therein, especially the commandments concerning sacrifices, have only changed their earthly "facets", but their spiritual counterparts remain concrete and effective. If we understand the true mysteries behind each of the sacrificial laws and if we are able to apply them now a days, we will understand the real reason for the existence of Sefer Vayikra. And what would its reason be? Would it be forgiveness? Would it be atonement? In fact, all this is a mere consequence of what the Sefer Vayikra intends to teach. Its true reason is hidden in human existential understanding. All the laws in this book are not aimed at the soul and the physical, but at human psychology, the way we understand our reality and what we must do to develop a loft mentality that is very different from the ordinary human one. Among all the books of the Torah, the Book of Leviticus is the only one capable of conditioning the human mind to a new existential understanding and of preparing a human being to receive divine wisdom. The man who studies this book deeply will never be the same again! Sha'arei Torah, Gates of the Torah - Vayikra 6 seeks to elucidate the divine words of the Book of Vayikra in a mystical and spiritual way, always focusing its teachings to the human behavioral side. This work follows the rabbinical way of elucidating the Chumash. The commentary will be presented on each verse from the Parashot Behar und Bechukotai. WARNING THIS BOOK HAS NOT BEEN ORIGINALLY WRITTEN IN ENGLISH AND A NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER HAS TRANSLATED IT. THUS IT STILL CONTAINS GRAMMATICAL ERRORS, AS WELL AS SPELL ERRORS AND IT COULD BE UNCLEAR IN SOME PARTS.
