Beatrice Fri Bime is the CEO/Founder of AKAABI GROUP Ltd, a global strategy consulting firm that delivers world class, customised solutions to business corporations, governments, international organisations and non-profit organisations. She is also the Executive Director of the JOSBI foundation, an organisation dedicated to providing educational opportunities to individuals in need. Beatrice started her career in 1986 working for the ministry of trade and industrial development in her home country Cameroon and rose to the position of chief of service before relocating to Tanzania with her family in 1997. She was until 2020, Project Manager at the Business Coalition for Good Governance (BCGG) in Cameroon. She has served as a consultant for various national and international organisations and was previously, Partnerships Officer for the Global Fund to fight HIV and AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis in Geneva, Switzerland. She was the Country Coordinator for the ILO/IPEC/WACAP project fighting against child labour.
