Gül Kurtulü received her Ph.D. from Bilkent University where she taught drama courses from 1991 to 2023. She is the author of two books published in 2020 and 2022 respectively: Stereoscopic London: Plays of Oscar Wilde, Bernard Shaw and Arthur Wing Pinero in 1890s and Convention and Contravention in Ben Jonson's Three Comedies: Volpone, The Alchemist, and Bartholomew Fair.
