Autorenporträt
Dr. Chaohua Guo received his B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China) in 2011 and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (USA) in 2015. He joined the Institute of Oil and Natural Gas Engineering at the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2016. He currently is an associate professor of petroleum engineering (since 2019). Meanwhile, he serves as an associate editor or editorial member for several international journals. He received the Project of National Science Foundation of China in 2017. He has managed and completed more than five projects to date on oil and gas reservoir engineering. Dr. Guo focuses on the gas transport in shale gas nanopores and the enhancing shale recovery by using carbon di oxide injection. He has published more than 30 peer-refereed journal articles. Therefore, this book is useful for people who are interested in unconventional shale gas reservoirs or related energy resources.
