Denis Ark is a martial artist, fitness trainer, strength & conditioning specialist, and the owner of Invincible Ark Fitness. With over 20+ years of experience in sports training, martial arts, boxing, strength & conditioning, meditation, and overall health, wellness, and nutritional knowledge, he has dedicated his life to studying and promoting these practices. He is always striving to become the best version of himself.In 2014, Denis started Invincible Ark Fitness in Nutley, New Jersey, where he helps his clients grow stronger to change their lives for the better in every aspect. Over the past few years, he has held classes and presented numerous demonstrations and health talks at martial arts and fitness expos, seminars, boys & girls clubs, conference centers, pre-schools, public schools, colleges, and hospitals for young adults suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.In 2019, Denis Ark was inducted into the Masters of the Martial Arts Hall of Fame (Atlantic City, New Jersey). He has been making a significant impact on his community and social media sites like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok and looks forward to continuing his mission as an author.
