Autorenporträt
William N. Kiefer is the superintendent of the Hamburg Area School District in Hamburg Pennsylvania. In addition to his work in school reform, Dr. Keifer is a major general in the U.S. Army Reserve. Allen Salowe, a consulting planner, educator, and author, is a Senior Fellow of the Florida Institute of Education and Senior Fellow of the Florida Center for Electronic Communication.
