This paper deals with the possibilities of pedagogical relationship building and the elements of facilitation in the speech art education process in drama training. After theoretical discussions on the concept of relationship, selected models of relationship building and elements of facilitation, the individual speech art lessons in drama training are presented according to their contents and goals. Finally, relationship building and shaping as well as elements of enabling are elaborated and described on the basis of selected individual lessons using a practical case. The aim of the work is to open up and make use of relationship building and facilitation as fundamental factors of success for the field of speech training in drama education. The work is intended as a suggestion for optimizing the relationship design of speech science/speech education in drama training.
