The formation of communicative tolerance as an integral characteristic of professionalism and maturity of a specialist's personality is becoming an important component of professional training of law students in Russian and foreign universities. Communicative tolerance is considered as a multifaceted concept: personally significant and professionally important quality of a specialist, an important component of his professional activity, a factor of his professional development. The paper defines the structural components of communicative tolerance, identifies and characterizes the features of its formation in future lawyers, defines the stages of this process with a detailed description of the main components of each of them, substantiates the directions of educational activities of universities to form communicative tolerance of future lawyers. The publication is addressed to the teachers of professional educational institutions, practitioners engaged in the legal sphere, post-graduates and students. It can be used in postgraduate education in the development of additional qualifications "teacher" and "teacher of higher education".

Ludmila Nikolaeva ist Kandidatin der pädagogischen Wissenschaften, außerordentliche Professorin des Lehrstuhls für Fremdsprachen der Fakultät für romanische und germanische Philologie, Koordinatorin der internationalen Aktivitäten und Leiterin des Studiengangs "DSG" (der deutschsprachige Studiengang "Deutsches Recht") an der Juristischen Fakultät der Staatlichen Universität Kemerowo.
