Dalya Yafa Markovich (Dr. phil.) is a senior lecturer at Beit Berl College, Israel. She is teaching anthropology and education as well as diversity and education. Her research focuses on ethnicity and (art) education and education and social change in a multicultural/multinational society. Christiane Dätsch (Dr. phil.) is professor of cultural management at the department of Social Work. Media. Culture at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. She teaches and researches at the interfaces of cultural management, culture and the cultural sector.
