Autorenporträt
Paul Zeppelin was born in Moscow, Russia. He and his family greatly suffered under Communist regime and his father was sent to Gulag and executed. He and his wife and daughters received an asylum in the US and has lived in Nashville since 1972. He was a professor of Art in several universities both here and abroad. He was writing poetry all his life both in Russian and English and has hundreds of poems for publication. Regrettably, he almost committed literary suicide when he burned over 1000 poems in Russian. He writes with refined elegance, deep philosophy and emotion and with often sharply controversial views and expressions.
