Autorenporträt
Jessica Camilla O'Neal was born in the wilds of Wyoming, with a love of mountains and music right out of the gate. Raised on the back of a horse and in the spotlight of the stage, Jessica suffered a life-changing accident that left her questioning everything. While spending nine months in a hospital bed, legs elevated above her heart and unable to fit under the piano she'd played most of her life, Jessica taught herself to play guitar. This was the beginning of writing songs of life, healing, and her deep love of Wyoming. Jessica embarked on a deep and painful recovery, and still manages chronic pain while seeking truth and light, passion, and inspiration. Jessica's father passed away in 2007, sending her into another healing journey. Not long after, she and her husband survived a nearly fatal shooting. A cowgirl, retreat leader, singer-songwriter, storyteller, actress, mom, and horsewoman, Jessica continues to seek peace, happiness, and joy while sharing stories of joy, pain, healing, triumph, and love.
