The objective of this book is to investigate experimentally the behavior of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete beams in shear, for predicting the shear strengths of these structural members. In the experimental program, the volume fraction of fiber and the shear span to depth ratio of the specimens are considered in order to determine the effect of these variables on the specimen strength. The studied parameters included volume fraction of fibers (0, 0.25%, 0.5%, and 0.75%) by weight, and shear span to depth ratios (1.5, 1.7, and 2.2).
