Geraldine Star stories live and breathe the Australian bush. The majesty, intrigue, how people are drawn to work and live there, and the complexity of their relationships. She leaves no character untouched by the gnarled harshness of the environment, weaving unforgettable stories. Shee-Oak is Geraldine's first published novel. She has been interviewed throughout Australia as part of a series of Author Talks. Geraldine's career is in the world of communications and writing. She was an educator working in schools, tutoring at University; and coached and mentored a culturally diverse group of Australian creatives through her business, Star Monde Communications. She is a graduate of Sydney University and has a Graduate Diploma in Writing from the University of Technology, Sydney. She grew up on a farm near the Hay Plain in NSW and now lives and works in seaside Sydney, Australia.
