This work provides an analysis of some distinctly different culturally creative projects, which involve specific sections of society in the creative process. It explores how artists inventively create artworks or experiences that encourage engagement and dialogue that can subsequently challenge our current ways of thinking. This study sheds light on creative exchange and its social impact. It should be particularly useful to professionals and students interested in art's autonomy and its potential.

Autorenporträt
Vera McEvoy, BA(Hons) Fine Art, National College of Art and Design, Dublin. Awarded the inaugural NCAD Arthouse Graduate Award and Bursary. Resident Artist at the Arthouse, Laois, she has developed and currently facilitates a collaborative and participatory arts program. She has exhibited extensively nationally and internationally since 2007.
