Autorenporträt
The prominent manga cartoonist, Shigeru Mizuki, is considered a master of the genre "yokai." Mizuki received numerous awards and honors including the Order of Cultural Merit, one of Japan's highest cultural honors, in 2010. Mizuki passed away at the age of 93 in 2015.
