Donna Groves is the founder and managing director of international consulting firm Comacon, and a founder and chairperson of the National Community Engagement for Infrastructure Forum. She has spent 30 years building a career in the male-dominated infrastructure, construction, and natural resources sector. Her success is a testament to her tenacity, resilience and determination. Donna has faced many challenges throughout her career and used a metaphoric hatchet to smash the glass ceilings that blocked her. Donna is also a wife and mother, a sports lover and an equality advocate dedicated to living a healthy, balanced life that supports environmental sustainability.
