Gerhard Holotik: 1968 als Trappist in Engelszell zum Priester geweiht. Weiterstudium in Salzburg und Inkardination. Seit 1970 am kirchlichen Gericht in Salzburg und als Seelsorger tätig, 21 Jahre Offizial. Von 1977 bis 2009 Professor für Moraltheologie an der Phil.-Theol. Hochschule der Diözese St. Pölten, einschlägige Veröffentlichungen.
