Have you ever wondered why you react the way you do to stressful situations? Or why some people seem to descend into agitation and chaos while others become rigid and controlling?Sh*t Happens will help you understand these behaviors. We are all shaped by our childhood and our life experiences -- good or bad. We can't control the sh*t life throws at us, but we can learn to control our responses to it. In Sh*t Happens, Kyle MacDonald explains the concepts he uses in his practice to help people understand the repeated behaviors and patterns they (or their loved ones) fall into -- especially under stressful circumstances. Drawing on years of clinical experience, Kyle explains how you can use the theories of psychotherapy to get through life's ups and downs and to build a stronger relationship with yourself and others.
