Prof. David Minja is an Associate Professor of Management at Kenyatta University in the Department of Public policy and Administration. Prior to joining academia, he held senior executive positions in both public and private sectors including being the CEO of LAPTrust. Prof. Minja holds a doctorate in Organization Development.
