Autorenporträt

Rachel first started to write poems in childhood; to express externally, some of the pain and craziness of life. Perhaps born with a melancholy heart, as so many artists throughout time have been. As an adolescent she felt so much emotional and mental pain sometimes she couldn't see a way out. almost translucent to herself. Her writings are a friend, council and true release. Now Rachel runs a well-being and resilience training business, Lotus Development and Learning and is studying for a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy. On a life long mission to spread joy and encourage self development and healing. I hope you enjoy her words.
