Autorenporträt
Joan M. Drury, former publisher of Spinsters Ink and sponsor of Norcroft: A Writing Retreat for Women, passed away in November 2020 after a life of uplifting women's voices. She was the author of four novels, including the Tyler Jones mystery series. As a publisher, she was awarded the Publisher Service Award from the Lambda Literary Foundation. She also cofounded the Harmony Women's Fund, which supported a variety of endeavors. She loved reading and writing women's fiction and ended her literary career as owner of an independent bookstore, Drury Lane Books of Grand Marais, Minnesota.
