Annette Candelaria Rodriguez was born in New Jersey, USA, and raised in Utuado, Puerto Rico. She has lived in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, for thirty years. She has a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Technology Management, as well as the author of How to Delight in Jehovah in the Midst of My Trials, a book of spiritual growth.
