Holly Cartwright Geurts lives in Michigan's Upper Peninsula with her husband, Daniel. They share their home with a German Shorthair, Ivy, and a muted calico cat named Violet Jane. Originally from Lower Michigan, she and her husband moved to raise their children in a quiet country setting near the trees and lakes of the Upper Peninsula. Together they now have four adult children as well as four lovely granddaughters. This book was written while Holly was working as a nurse in a very busy walk-in clinic. She developed these tips both for herself and others, to help deal with stress and a "crazy" life.
