Andrea Davis, CCIM, has practiced commercial real estate for over twenty years. She learned the business from the ground up when she began working for a billion-dollar mixed-use commercial developer, WAM Development. Davis's breadth of knowledge stretches from developers to landlords to buyer/tenant representation and investments. Only 6 percent of commercial real estate brokers hold the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Within Davis's industry, she has won numerous awards. The Phoenix Business Journal ranked Andrea Davis CRE in the top 10 of Ranking Arizona for the category of Office Brokerage. A devoted wife and mother of one, she regularly volunteers at school and annually holds a fundraiser for 200 Orphanages Worldwide. She loves hiking with her two rescue pups. Her second business book is Simply Own It.
